So being a new housewife (like a whole 2 weeks, I cook everyday and it's typically recipes from this site. He compliments everything I make but this one actually got a WOW! The only sub I made was chicken stock for wine, seeing as how I just made beef burginon and I'm over wine! I also used Zatarain's big and zesty blackening spice and sprinkled it over the chicken which I patted dry and then pressed the spices into.

P.s. Idk who determines serving size but i halved this recipe and we stuffed ourselves and there were still leftovers.

My daughter-in-law is a huge "blackened" fan so I made this for her on her birthday and it was absolutely fantastic! The entire family loved the dish and there were no leftovers left for the next day.
I did substitute fat-free half and half for the heavy cream. I also added more cheese and half and half for a little more sauce.

this is such a hit in my house, though i put my tomatoes and garlic into my magic bullet so there arent any large chunks, cause my husband doesnt like those. also i use italian seasoning, and cook the chicken separately and keep it on the side, because my husband doesnt like the cajun seasoning. but this is really a delicious dish and it doesnt take more than ten minutes for me, five stars.

I only gave this recipe 5 stars because that's all they allow, I would have give it 10 stars if they would let me! This is an AWESOME recipe! It's very easy and extremely tasty. My husband surprised me and made it last night for dinner for the kids and I, and it was restaurant quality GOOD! I can't rave enough about this tasty dish. Thanks, Guy, for sharing this recipe with us, you hit it outside the park with this one!

This was delicious and extremely easy to make!!. Although when I saw Guy make it on the show he said to not add the sun dried tomatoes until closer to the end so they don't bleed through.
