This is the best Chicken alfredo I have ever tasted. I am not usually a big fan of alfredo sauce but, combined with the cajun chicken spices, YUM YUM!!!! This was also very easy and quick.

Great pasta---lots of flavor! I used roasted red/yellow peppers instead of sundried tomatoes (that is what I had on hand. GREAT! Definitely one for the recipe box.

After making a huge amount of the last Guy pasta recipe, I halved the amount of pasta and sauce and it came out perfectly. It fed my family of 4 with leftovers. I couldn't find "blackening seasoning" either - but used creole seasoning and it turned nice and black. Even the baby loved the chicken, both with the sauce and without it. Thanks for another great one Guy! I will definitely make this again.

The serving size was also quite large for my husband and me but the leftovers were excellent. The recipe was very easy to make considering it tasted like it took a lot of effort to make. I used half and half instead of heavy cream to reduce the fat and it was still delicious. I did however use a little cornstarch to thicken it up, and the consistency came out perfect. The recipe includes just the right amount of ingredients and flavoring. Guy is great...I love the show and it is nice to have normal recipes that do not require a special trip to the grocery store - searching high and low for unique ingredients!

I love Guy's recipes! I made this last night for dinner and it was excellent and very easy to make. I did make the full recipe so it was way too much for my husband and I but I got to have it for lunch today! Guy's show is the only one I record if I know I can't watch, he needs to be on more often, I can't get enough.

When Guy competed to be the Next Food Network Star, one of the reasons I wanted him to win was so maybe he would share this recipe. When I go to his restaurant, it's hard for me to order anything else, it's so good.
Thanks, Guy - I got my wish! Now about that tortilla stack appetizer with garlic aioli...

Nice spin on Alfredo. Not only is it lighter than traditional alfredo it's tastier! I added some red pepper flakes to give it some extra zing(not that it needed it.

Seriously guys you have to try this one. I usually catch myself watching the food network on the weekend and luckily I caught this episode. My boyfriend was watching with me and commented on how good the meal looked. So I thought, what the hey, I will try it.

I had to improvise on the ingredients a bit...I couldn't find blackening spice so I just used a cajun seasoning mix that actually worked very well.

This recipe was very simple to make and the flavors are in-freaking-credible. In fact my boyfriend was highly impressed and even said that it was good enough to be on the menu of a high end restaurant.

Guy your rcipies rock! Keep them coming! :
