I was surprised how tasty the chicken was. Be sure not to overcook. I also couldn't find Paul P's creole mix and used Tony Chachere's. It was excellent and worth a little extra effort. Will definitely cook again and next time invite friends.

This is really good. I would have liked a little more sauce, but I like a ton. The flavor was wonderful. My husband loves fettucine alfredo and I hoped he'd like a little spiced up. He LOVED it. He doesn't normally take leftovers to work, but today is the second day he took this for lunch. I made it two days ago. Pretty easy to make, too.

VERY GOOD! My whole family liked it! Even my middle child 7 y/o who doesnt like anything! Could have used probably more of the spice to make it spicer but the sun dried tomatoes with the chicken was mouth watering good! Definitely going in the recipe box. My husband said it was restaurant quality! Yum

AMAZING!! I added more cheese though, about 1 1/4 cups of parmesean cheese. I also felt that it wasn't thickening, so I added some flour after the chicken went back into the pan.

This is the best! I added 1/2 cup of sauted zucchini & yellow bell pepper instead of green scallions. My fiance LOVED it!

OMG!!! This was fantastic and is one of our family's favorites. The Blackening seasoning is fabulous and there is plenty leftover for another time. I keep it in a zip lock baggie. Love this dish and it is so simple to make. I do use 1/2 and 1/2 to cut a few calories and it turns out just as good, the chicken comes out perfect every time. I actually add a bit more cayenne to the spice because I like it to have a kick!

This one is so delisouse! WoW! I DID NOT DRENCH THE CHICKEN IN THE BLACKING SPICE BECAUSE IT WAS TO STRONG OF A FLAVOR AND TASTED AWFUL. INSTEAD I ADDED 2 TBLS OF BLACKENING SPICE TO THE CREAM SAUCE, AND IT TURNDED OUT AMAZING!
