I tried the recipe once, for a second time I will add some spices to wake it up a bit. I will add some scotch bonnett, ginger and thyme. The cooking in the oven bag is good if you don't desire crispy skin, if you do you need to start with a 500 degree oven and then turn down after a half hour (see Kofka.
