OMGosh this recipe was simply AMAZING!!! This was my first time ever making a sweet potatoe pie and my family couldn't get enough of it. My gmom always makes the sweet potatoe pies but once I saw the show I couldn't resist.


I made the recipe exactly as directed except I added more cinnamon and nutmeg because I love the combination. I even end up having enough pie filling to make 2 pies.

My bff and I love your show keep up the good work.:

Made this pie for dinner guests last night; it was fantastic. Due to heat I could not make the maple cream work so I creamed it and froze to make a little flavored ice cream for top. Wonderful. Have a friend flying here from Seattle this week who's never tried sweet potato pie. Serving this one for sure!!

This was my first time ever making a sweet potato pie. The taste was right on. I was not able to get the mix smooth enough. Next time I'll puree the sweet potatoes.

Wanted a pie that taste like want my Grandmother used to make and this was it. I made two pies and within 24 hours both were gone.

I love sweet potato pie and trust me I'm not a cook but this recipe was even easy for me. It's almost as good as my Grandmama Callie's pie.

I prepared this recipe yesterday. This was the very 1st time I've made a sweet potato pie. I watched Gina and Pat make it on the Saturday episode and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and my family and I thought the finished product was delicious. This will become a regular at my house.

amazing!!!!!!!!!!! next time you have the oven going just throw some potatoes in the oven take your time and make this pie you will be so glad you did/ its a yummy hug.......... delicious!!!

I haven't had a sweet potato pie in years but after making this recipe I will be making it more often. I recomend trying this recipe. It is very good. I couldn't get my potatoes to mash up as smooth as theirs looked but the flavor was there. I served mine chilled because I don't care for warm pie. This was a very easy recipe to make and worth the wait. It is even good without the maple whipped cream.

I have always been trying to trick my husband with a Sweet Potato Pie since he hates sweet potatoes. He liked this and had no clue. He thought it was pumpkin.
