    We love this cake so much that I started making it as a birthday cake and it soon became the most requested dessert I make. Try chocolate frosting in the center.

    I used this to make one of the layers in a birthday cake for my daughter. The other layer was strawberry and she loved it.. so did everyone else. :

    This is a wonderful recipe. Everyone loved it, the icing was so light and fluffy it was amazing. The only thing I did not agree with was the prep time- it took me considerably longer.

    This is a good recipe. It took longer than 40 minutes to bake. I had to leave it in the over for another 25 minutes(checking after 15 minutes then leaving it for another 10.

    I made this cake for my mother who requested banana cake for her birthday. Everyone liked it so much, that I am now making it for every birthday!
