Fantastic. Reminds me of the recipe I used 20 or more years ago. Use cabernet sauv.instead of a white wine. All the family loved it. This is the one I'll keep.Even my wife praised it

I have never made stroganoff before, but this recipie made it so easy. I marinated the meat in worchestshire, garlic, rosemary, and pepper for a few hours. so i didnt' have to add the worch. later. i used beef consomme in a 10oz can and half a cup of cream instead of beef stock. this added extra flavor, so you don't have to add tomato paste. it's so great

This recipe was a breeze to fix and was a great warm, stick to your ribs meal on a cold day.

This was very good. Like mom used to make. I even used up a porobello in this dish. It looked like the meat when done! Will make next time I'm hungry for Stroganoff

This was a quick and easy meal, and so good. I even added a bit of red wine to the recipe for a little bit more punch.
