Was very good & tasty. Best when hot from the oven. I used an amber beer, would be good with a darker beer and add a little extra sharp cheddar & fresh chives for a different flavor.

I thought it was a little bulky. I've made lighter loaves, but it was good.

This is wonderful bread which is always a big hit. I was always asked to make it for college events & it was gone in a flash. -- One variation which I created involves placing Kielbasa sausage in the center of the bread prior to baking in the oven. No need to change the cook time. The bread will be moist with a smokey flavor. Can be eaten with or without butter. Yummy!

Pretty good. I added a little cinnamon and used 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. I also listened to another reviewer and poured my melted butter on before baking. Really good if you go into this knowing this is going to be a very dense bread instead of light and fluffy.

So easy, and so moist. It tastes so good with soup.

Yummy, quick recipe that is always a big hit. I make one modification: I pour the melted butter on before I bake it and it makes it just a little moister.

Excellent flavor! I was wishing I had a box of T.S. beer bread to make but this was so simple, I don't see why I would ever need the box again. Sorry T.S. I will still buy other products from you. Thanks for a great recipe!

I use a dark beer and the sugar is just the right addition to the bread. Great with stew or a beer-cheese soup.
