I have been making beer bread using a Tastefully Simple Mix. This recipe is close, but it isn't quite as good. I am hoping to find on as good as the boxed mix.

This bread is quick and easy to make. I melted the butter and drizzled it over the top of the bread before placing it in the oven. My family loved it!

For a richer flavor, I pour 1/2 - 3/4 a cup of melted butter over the top 10 minutes before it's finished cooking!
Just watch out for the smoke...

I toasted the bread and used it with an asiago dip--DELICIOUS! I used a light beer, next time I'll try a lager to see how it tastes.

This bread was great... I usually buy the recipe and supplies in a box from expensive names...This tasted exactly the same & was sooo easy!!! I was worried about which kind of beer to use, all I had was a corona light and still tasted excellent!

I only wish I would have made this along time ago. Perfect to use with dips or just to eat plain. It is so easy and tastes so good!

I just cant say enough about a recipe that takes such little time. And tastes good with stew, or a cup of tea. I have also tried versions with rosemary added, or raisins.
