    This recipe was good. I was a little worried though when my dough didn't rise as much as expected, although this could have been my fault, not the recipes. The cooked dough was good, but a little denser than I wanted it to be. Regardless, the rolls were a huge hit at brunch.

    I used a 9-inch circular pan, with half the recipe. Worked great; on a repeat version, I added more cinnamon.
