    I had some cubed lamb and needed something to do with it. I am a lover of Carribbean food and so glad I tried this recipe. Perfect flavor and has the Jamaican curry combination I'm used to. I will try this same way to make my chicken curry next time.

    Good flavor, used heavy cast iron dish instead of pressure cooker. Luckily, we raise meat goats, so we have lots of meat! :

    This recipe is very authentic.

    I can't get goat meat where I live now, so I use lamb or chicken instead.

    I am unable to get goat, my favorite meat in the places I have lived. I substituted beef and it came out delicious, and very tasty.
