    Made this for a huge do at a banquet and I have been asked repeatedly for the recipe since. Great Salad.... I always thought I had the best but this outdid mine. Was in the dressing.!!!!

    I loved this macaroni salad and so did my family. It makes a huge amount so everyone got to take some home too. I did just dice everything in the food processor and it took a lot less time than if I had chopped it all by hand. I could not find dried horseradish so I used a paste, I did cut down a bit on the onion based on other reviews and I omitted the Swiss cheese altogether. The salad gets better the longer it sits as all the flavors meld together. It takes a bit of time but I think it is worth the effort.

    Everyone loved this version...nice job Dunkley! I added seasoned rice vinegar to cut the mayo flavor just a bit.

    I found this recipe easy to prepare in advance and it was a big hit with our barbeque. However, next time I use it, I think I will use a little less onion.

    really good macaroni salad. We are vegetarians so we just substitute the fake veggie pepperoni for the real.

    Whenever I need a macaroni salad recipe I use this one. Everyone raves about this salad everytime I make it. It is absolutley the BEST!

    A little spicy, however, everybody at a wedding reception made a comment on how good it was! A real keeper.
