The Fiadone was perfect. It was exactly like my Italian "Mamma" used to make. No baking powder needed. I did, however, roll out the dough to a much thinner consistency and it seemed to work out. I also put in a little more Romano cheese and pepper to give it a little more of a "bite." Everyone liked it.

This recipe is not exact there are a couple of ingredients missing, I tried it
and the dough was very tough the cheese filling was too thick...
I learned that it was missing baking powder !!!
