Loved it! Company loved it also. To spice it up some, we used Hot & Spicy Cheezits instead of plain crackers and also for the topping. Have made several times and am making it today with our homegrown eggplants and peppers.

    Eggplant and shrimp????
This was sooo good. My husband, who is kind of a "foodie", loved this, and so did I. I will make it again and again!

I didnt go exact by recipe but close and is great flavors but quit some work but well worth the work - can be improvised with all shrimp as i did but crab meat would add excellent flavor and texture

This is a nice "something different" than the usual pastas & such with seafood. Very flavorful, but my family really likes me to go the extra mile on spices, so I "heavy handed" all of those. Will make again!

A lot of steps but well worth it. My wife and inlaws were blown away. Not much creole cooking done in Philly so this is a show stopper.
