    Really easy and tasty. I opted not to grill in the foil packet, but pan braised instead. Turned out wonderful and tender.

    This was really good. I cut the recipe in half as I only had a little more than half pound of halibut cheeks. I would definetly make this again for this fish or any other white fish as well. My husband really liked it too. I bbq'd it in foil for 10 minutes. I didn't see where it said how long or what temp to cook it at. It turned out quite good though!!

    My husband and I both thought this receipt really good. I didn't have all the exact ingredients on hand so I substituted some and it was still yummy

    I followed this recipe, but used halibut fillets. What a great flavor! Easy to make. Even my spouse that doesn't like fish became a fan! I will definately make this again.

    I didnt have cheeks so I as well used halibut steaks. The capers really made this recipe. Will make it again for sure...and next time when we have guest over for this looked beautiful plated as well.
