Rib folks...one more personal opinion...re: this recipe...taste, texture, etc.
As my husband and I travel, we have eaten BBQ ribs. Each time, the flavors and textures vary.
    THIS recipe is delicious.

The rub was just ok. Very sugary and not much flavor. I added more paprika, chili powder and garlic powder and it was still fairly bland.

WOW! These were great. I used my own rub, but followed the cooking instructions. The meat was done perfectly, falling off the bone, but not dry. I can't wait to make them again. Thank you!

These ribs were not quite as great as Memphis ribs but they are still good. Make a good weekend cookout.

I have tried many recipes for baby back ribs. This is by far the best that I've had. Many of my friends have also tried them and feel the same as I do. The meat literally falls off the bone!
