This is an AWESOME & delicious recipe. I used 1 1/2 cups of maple syrup and it was just delicious. I want to marinate a chicken in this sauce overnight and bake it.

Very good and they do fall off the bone but they don't live up to the hype of the reviews. They are a little to sweet for me and just not savory enough. Also the skin isn't crispy and it's hard to crisp it at the end without burning the sugars. I might make again and try for crispier skin but like I said the amount of sweetness on chicken was not for me. especially considering how expensive good maple syrup is. I liked emerils roasted Asian chicken wings better but if you love sweet flavored chicken you will love this. I can see why it's gotten great reviews.

I've made these about 5 times and I rarely get a chance to eat them, folks can't get enough. Prep cannot be any easier. Just make sure you use a disposable aluminum try or there will be hours of scrubbing in store.

these wings were so good. They fell off the bone and had great flavor. The only thing I think I would do is to add a touch of honey or brown suger to give the exterior a little more crunch. Delicious!!!! will be making them for Super Bowl

These wings were so simple to make and had amazing flavor! My boyfriend has asked me every week for the past month when I'm making them again; he's going to be a happy camper this Sunday while watching football!

I made these right after I saw the show. They were some of the most amazing wings that I have eaten. I have since made them quite a few times!
