This recipe is excellent. The recipe starts out with alot of liquid, but comes out very sticky in the end. Made 6lbs of chicken wings and they were gone in 30 minutes. Recommend for any occasion.

I made this recipe today for dinner and my daughter who is not a big fan of oven baked chicken said she actually like it and would eat it again. The sauce is very good and gives the chicken a nice sweet taste yet not to overpowering. The only problem was the top of the wings burn before they get completely done so I think the last temperture needs to be lowered a little until all the sauce has thickened. But other than that it was very good!

According to my husband this recipe should come with a warning: THEY WILL RUIN YOU FOR ALL OTHER CHICKEN WINGS. They are phenomenal! I've made them several times for several groups of people including several repeat requests. Everyone raves! Thank you Mr. Mayotte.
P.S. save the sauce. It's amazing on mashed potatoes or rice.

Newly married and new at cooking so I was a little nervous. I ended up making these for our first annual Superbowl party and got many compliments. The wings were very tender and flavorful. I cooked them a little longer than recipe called for. I'm looking forward to making these again.

This is a perfect recipe for a party. It cooks up easy and tastes great. I substituted honey for maple and it works great. Also the second and third time I made it, I kicked it up a notch with some cayane pepper and extra garlic.

I made these wings to take to a super bowl party. They were so easy to make, and everyone loved them, even the kids. I made 4 lbs and I could have doubled it and they would have been gone!

. . . Bought two pounds of chicken wings, tips trimmed by butcher . . eight wings. Modified the seasonings and baking time. Combining maple syrup with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce is the key to this recipe. Who knew?
