We didn't make the vegetables, but the chicken is one of my husband's favorites. We keep it on the regular rotation. Removing the skin after cooking is a great way to save on the calories but keep all the flavor!

The chicken was fine. I was alittle nervous about the potatoes, but they came out alright a little on the mushy side.

I made this meal for someone's birthday on Halloween. It was so easy to prepare and have the free time of 2 hours to finish Halloween details. I made succotash (slightly spicy with fresh butter beans, corn, and okra to accompany this recipe from Sara Secret's. What a wonderful combination (a little vinegar in everything and moreover, delicious leftovers.

i made this about a week ago. i made it with a few chicken breast (bone in skin on and oh boy. this is excellent!
my boyfriend keeps asking when i am making it again and the answer is TOMORROW!!! YUM!
the chicken tasted so great and was juicy and tender. the potatoes had such a nice gentle bite to them and went wonderfully with the chicken!
