Ingredients

  • 1 (10 to 12 pound) turkey
  • 3 recipes Nono's stuffing, recipe above

Directions

Prepare turkey by removing giblets and boil for stuffing. Wash turkey well and pat dry. Stuff turkey and rub with vegetable oil. Wrap wing tips and end of legs with foil to avoid over-cooking. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven and tent with foil for first hour. Remove tenting and allow to brown until done, until a thermometer inserted reads 165 degrees F, about 1 1/2 more hours. Allow to rest for 20 minutes. Remove stuffing from cavity and carve turkey.
