    My family LOVED this dish! There are so many things you can do with it. It's even better as a left over.

    I did not like the mushy texture that adding butter and water gave the stuffing. And I thought the mayo,chive etc. layer just got "lost" in the mushy stuffing. The flavor was good but it was too rich for me to want to make again.

    LOVE this recipe. I saute the veggies in a bit of butter just to soften them a little before adding. Obviously great with chicken, as I am also guilty of cooking a bird (or at least a breast just to turn it into this.

    This is a big hit with family and friends. Have also added mashed potatoes on top of the turkey mixture.
    Definitely a keeper!

    Delicious! I also added mashed potatoes and the gravy to the stuffing mixture, and a layer of sweet corn. Ommited the cream of mushroom. A real winner!

    I made it 2 years in a row and my family perfers this dish the day after Thanksgiving than the actual Thanksgiving dinner itself...looking forward to making it in the next years to come.
