    Very good recipe. Thought the ratio of nuts was a bit high, but everything tasted great. Had so much spinach salad for dinner that I wasn't hungry for anything else!

    I served this salad at a brunch for 40 people and everyone commented on how great it was. It was simple to prepare w/ big flavor from the dressing. Quick tips: 1 Adjust garlic salt to taste (was a little strong when I doubled the recipe 2 Can substitute crumbled bacon for almonds if there are any food alergy concerns and still have a great salad.
