    GENUINE!!!
Have eaten this on cruise ships as well as in various cities I and my husband have visited in Russia since Kruschev-sp?-
Regardless, polish recipes do have variations.
This is delicious. Any latke lover...try this.
Respond...per FoodTV guidelines...so I can read your opinion.

My Polish/Russian parents taught us the savory delights of the crispy, crunchy exterior and delicate chewy interior of potato pancakes (latkes. Nothing prepared us for the delectable sweetness of this Sweet Potato/Zucchini treat. Since finding this recipe several years ago our large gatherings MUST include both the old and new style Latke and no matter how much I prepare it's never enough. Remember to use Italian (flat leaf parsley and for an interesting, more aggressive, flavor you can try substituting it with cilantro.

One of the most delicious recipes I've made. We've been having this since I saw it on the cooking channel a few years ago.

I've been making these latkes every Hanukkah ever since I saw this show three years ago. I used Egg Beaters instead of the 3 eggs. They are great and healthy. A good way to get your kids to eat vegies.
