I forgot to add the apple because I couldn't find the recipe when I made this. I also used shredded white cheddar cheese. Loved the apple butter/red onion/ canadian bacon combo. I put it on whole wheat tortilla for a wholesome lunch. I will try again with the apple.

Mozzarella is a poor choice for this recipe. A mild cheddar or combination of cheddar/colby/swiss is a greater compliment to the apple and ham flavor. It was very good with this choice.

In addition to the very odd and unpleasant tastes and textures of this "pizza," mine never looked like the picture on the website. I don't understand why...I diced the apples according to the instructions and after I took the pizza out of the over, they were still diced. Weird. Maybe I should try it again...seems like a great way to get canadian bacon into my kids.

Gooey, weird-tasting. Does Sandra even taste these recipes before making them?

I really like this one. I was suprised, I have been taste testing lots of Sandra's recipes, just for the fun of it. This one was my favorite. Huge suprise but the family thought it was about 2 stars. I rated it on what I thought.
