These were very tasty. Quite a lot of work! You definitely can't eat more than a couple. This recipe makes about 20, so be sure to have a crowd if you plan on making these.

AMAZING! Easy to make, and impossible to resist!! The breading is super crunchy, the inside is total cheesy ooey gooey goodness and the combo of Spam and pickles is a surprisingly great combo! We intended these as appetizers, but they became the main course. A++

Fantastic! Made them for a superbowl party. Tastes awesome with a little sweet asian chili sauce. The recipe made about 20 for us. Highly recommend.
