Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chopped cantaloupe (about 1 small)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups chopped ice
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Directions

Combine the cantaloupe with the milk, ice, and honey in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

    Quick, easy and very delicious. The honey is a great compliment to the cantaloupe. I was a little liberal with the honey... (as I did not measure it out) and it was a good way to use a very ripe cantaloupe.Read more
