The cake was great but the icing hardened so fast! I would jus luv to find a recipe for a creamier frosting, all the caramel cakes that i luv have creamier icing!

This was very delicious. However, the icing when it dries is very hard. Almost like a candy coating. Very good though.

Husband loved it, son loved it and a friend of mine loved it. I had a recipe that I USED TO USE, but this is my new and only recipe for caramel cake.

I used only the icing recipe, as I made MY own cake.....Icing excellent!..I did double it,however for my 3 layer cake.

I made this cake for a xmas party and people were just eating it up left and right.this cake is very rich and a wonderful desert to serve at any event!

This was delicious, my husband has been asking me to make him a caramel cake for months. I had never made one. This recipe was simple and delicious. He is so happy now!!!
