I love drinking coffee out. This was a great substitute for the fancy drinks that can be costly and have lots of calories. I used strong coffee and fat free half and half (a little less than 1/2 cup. Rather than cinnamon syrup, I mixed 2 tsp of water with a dash of cinnamon and a half packet of equal in a large mug and microwaved it for about a minute. You could probably substitute chocolate syrup for caramel and make it like a mocha. Then I added all the other things- It was like being in a coffee house!
