Caramelized Pears

Ingredients
  • 2 Bartlett pears, julienned
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • I teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons bourbon
Directions
  • Peel, core and julienne pears. Saute over medium heat in butter and sugars. Add bourbon and saute until pears are caramelized. Serve with lamb lollipops.
