- 2 Bartlett pears, julienned
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
- I teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons bourbon
Peel, core and julienne pears. Saute over medium heat in butter and sugars. Add bourbon and saute until pears are caramelized. Serve with lamb lollipops.
