Well, contrary to other reviews, i thought this was very good. Simple and light, not overly seasoned which i think can be a problem in most recipes. Instead, there's a nice hint of jalapeno in the meat, which also allows the other ingredients to shine. A must is making Aaron's salsa arbol - soooo very good. I did add sour cream - but i would add sour cream to everything if i could. Also, i served it with a homemade black bean soup which i think was a nice contrast to these light and refreshing tacos. I say thanks, Aaron! Oh, and easy is understatement :

Is this guy kidding? What should we marinate the steak in to get the perfect Carne Asada? Do we really need directions on how to assemble a taco or add water to corn flour in one of his other recipes. I would like to see some real ingredients with a southwestern flare. Don't give us a recipe unless it really is a recipe.
