    This was a good soup. I think it would be better if it had a creamier taste. Maybe I just got tired of it because it made quite a batch. If I make it again, I will have to cut the recipe or freeze the leftovers in smaller batches.

    oh my gosh! this is probably the best soup I've ever had! The eggs give it the creaminess of a bisque without the fat and calories...

    Tried this twice - first time came out perfect, next time I tried cooking the rice separately and then adding to the soup - no good! The soup was too thin. Definitely will make again, next time with the rice IN the soup like I did at first (what the recipe calls for!

    My husband was coming down with a mean cold and so I wanted to make a healthy chicken soup from scratch and this recipe was a GREAT surprise! So uncomplicated and DELICIOUS!! I'm definitely adding this to my favorites.

    This is by far the best chicken soup I have ever had! Two thumbs up to Cat Cora! I love it and it was really easy to make. I wasn't sure if I'd like the lemon, but it gives it a nice twange that is unbelievable. :
