Ingredients

  • 4 large bananas
  • 2 cups fruit-flavored yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed cereal

Directions

Peel the bananas, leave whole, and dip them in the yogurt. Roll them in the crushed cereal to coat. Freeze until firm. Serve when firm.

    Very clever. I used strawberry yogurt and fiber one cereal. I only had a problem with the inside thawing much more slowly. Next time I will try cutting it into slices.

    I altered the recipe by making them into pops on a stick. I used vanilla yogurt and flake cereal that I crushed up a bit. I also made some chocolate dipped banana pops. The kids loved both but still preferred the chocolate although, the adults preferred this recipe and was way easier. Very yummy, healthy, and unique.
