This is a very easy and excellent tasting recipe. I added shrimp and it was great. This dish has a Thai feel. I totally recommend it. Definately skip the H2O.

I didn't use the peppers because one of my guest doesn't like spicy food yet the fish still came out delicious!

This recipe was very good. The only thing I would change...Like Clara, I would not recommend using the water. It thinned the sauce out too much. I alway's try a first time recipe the way it's written and then make my changes later. Otherwise this was delicious and would be great with either shrimp or chicken too! Oh, and because I love it, I might add at least two smashed garlic cloves instead of just one.

WE LOVED THIS ONE, THE ONLY CHANGE I MADE IS THAT I DID NOT ADD THE WATER AND IT MADE IT VERY RICH AND DELICIOUS, FINGER LICKING, YUMMMMMMM
