Excellent recipe! Easy to prepare and my family is always happy when I cook these scrumptious lamb chops. The different spices just give it such a delicious flavor. I would highly recommend this recipe. Great job, Chef Cat Cora!

These are DELICIOUS every time and so easy to prepare. My husband literally licks them clean. The rosemary and lemon and garlic go soo well together. It's the only way I prepare them now. Enjoy-

I had never cooked lamb before, and this recipe was perfect, with classic flavors that can't go wrong. I let the lamb chops marinate for an hour before cooking, and I broiled them 6 minutes on each side. The meat came out so tender and juicy and perfect! Simple, delicious, and definitely a meal I will cook again!

This recipe is spot on....flavors were divine and cooking time was perfect for a medium rare lamb chop! Definitely a keeper. Served alongside a salad with Ina Garten's creamy mustard vinaigrette dressing...perfect early summer supper! Love Food Network!

I had never cooked lamb, myself and decided to try this recipe. The ingredients for the marinade were so simple, even I could do it. The lamb came out just right, and tasted wonderful! I will surely use this recipe again. Thanks to you, Food Network!

Cat Cora these were the bomb. I had never had lamb before. My husband wanted me to fix theseso I found your recipe. They were absolutely the best that I have ever had. I will definitely make again. They were so moist and juicy. We normally would like some sort of gravy. We did not miss the gravy at allbecause there were some drippings and it was fine.!!!

This is great, I like to marinate them in the frig for a few hours first. This recipe is so flavorful. It take no time to prepare and people will think you are a master chef.

Wow. Everything everyone said is true. I used lamb loin chops from Sam's Club (imported from NZ. It's darn cold in Chicago, so used a grill pan and grilled 4 minutes per side med-hi heat, then finished in a 425 over for 8 minutes. Let them sit for a few mintues. They were juicy and perfectly done. Served with Bobby Flay's roasted brussel sprouts/pancetta/potato dish. Fantastic.
