This is great, I like to marinate them in the frig for a few hours first. This recipe is so flavorful. It take no time to prepare and people will think you are a master chef.

Wow. Everything everyone said is true. I used lamb loin chops from Sam's Club (imported from NZ. It's darn cold in Chicago, so used a grill pan and grilled 4 minutes per side med-hi heat, then finished in a 425 over for 8 minutes. Let them sit for a few mintues. They were juicy and perfectly done. Served with Bobby Flay's roasted brussel sprouts/pancetta/potato dish. Fantastic.

Excellent. The lemon juice added a night light component. This is a perfect recipe.

Awesome! I followed the recipe verbatim. My chops were a bit thicker (acvout 6 OZs instead of 4, so I needed about 8 minutes in the oven. The came out perfect and tasted wonderful!

I thought these were so easy to make. I did not marinate them and they came out awesome.

First time cooking lamb chops and these were amazing! i marinated them for about an hour because that was all I had but next time I'll try for longer. This marinade smelled sooooo good, I put them on the BBQ and everyone loved them! I'll be doing this recipe again for sure.
