This was the 1st time I made scallops and was nervous about over or under cooking them. They turned out perfect! Thank you for a simple basic recipe that I will use again & again!!

Excellent. I drizzled a little of the marinade over the scallops as they were cooking and then mixed a little in with the greens. Very satisfying.

Simple easy and oh so tasty. Just make sure you mince the thyme to liven up the flavors.
Love Cat and her.simply tasty cuisine, she is the Giada of the Greek world and we need to see more of her!

Absolutely delicious and so quick and easy. This has become a regular at our dinner table. I've also made this with basil as my husband prefers the flavor over thyme.

So easy to make and very, very tasty. I'll be making this again. I put it on a bed of spinach and added a bit of lemon juice - yum!

I made this dish for my husband who loves scallops. He couldn't stop raving about them. He kept saying they were the best he has ever had. I did use spinach in lieu of field greens and served with sauted portabella mushrooms.

We had a wonderful meal tonight centered around these amazing scallops. Even my 5 year olds ate them! I am sure having good fresh scallops makes all the difference in the world!
