They were relatively easy to make and absolutely delicious! I did cut down a little bit of the chipotle/adobo to tone them down a bit, but every single one of my guests raved about them -- even my husband, who doesn't like fish! I doubled the recipe and there was not a single one left. That's a pretty good sign that the recipe was good.

Down here in catfish country we love it but my friends had never had this dish! The dish was such a hit even with my hardcore Southern traditionalist. The combo of the crunchy slaw and the fishballs with the sauce and jack cheese was seafood heaven all wrapped in the warm tortilla. I served mine with a side of garlic and butter zesty corn on the cob. Thanks for making me the Yankee Southern Chef du jour once again!

I have not come across too many people that have ventured out and tried "Fish Tacos". I tried them at an On The Border Restaurant and loved them, but no one else makes them quite like that. This recipe, however, is close in taste and for a Fish taco lover - it's a winner!!!!! Love it, absolutley love it!! Just the right spice, which it has to have being in the "Mexican Food" catagory, and just an all around great flavor. Thanks Cory - and thanks Food Network! Delish

I do not care for catfish, but my husband does and he flipped over these tacos! It looks like a lot of prep and ingredients, but it really moves along very quickly, so please don't be put off by the long ingredient list or instructions. I'm very happy this gentleman won, especially after that blond woman kept cutting him down. I don't understand why people need to criticize another, especially if you have not even tried their recipe. Please don't do that. Anyway, we will definately make these again very soon, and even though I am not a catfish fan, I actually enjoyed these tacos.
