I reduced the lemon juice to 1/4 cup, added some chopped cucumber and feta. A little minced garlic would be good too.

I don't know what prompted me to even try this, but was pleasantly surprised on how light and fresh tasting this was. Excellent flavors and the cauliflower is a good substitute for the normal bulgar wheat. I really liked it so that means my teenagers will despise it.

The vegetables alone were nice, but I didnt add the dressing because when I tried it, it just wasnt right. The soy sauce was a little overpowering, so instead I just used plain ole' italian salad dressing which made it much better. I might try this again, but maybe add some chicken, and the Italian dressing once again.

I agree the picture is deceiving, as the tabouli does look brown but that wasn't such a big deal. I did not enjoy the soy sauce addition. The overall flavour for me was just 'ok', and by the second day it was disgusting. Definitely would never make this again. It was not a crowd pleaser at my place by any means.

This was easy to make and very good. I added grilled chicken to the leftover for lunch the next day. Superb!

Super easy to make and really good! Cauliflower does turn a bit brown from soy sauce. I added goat cheese crumbles right before serving. So good I'm making a second batch today. Think I'll try feta this time.

This was easy to make, though a bit messy as bits of cauliflower flew as I shredded it. The picture shows a bright white cauliflower salad, but mine had a brown tinge from the soy sauce which was not as pretty but quite delicious. I served this with garlic burgers on toasted pita halves and it was a great meal. Thanks.
