When I saw this episode, I just started to drool! I like that this recipe doesn't have any butter (probably due to the fresh milk. I've made this several times, and I would just warn people to not over mix with the chocolate chunks. They tend to sink to the bottom and make it difficult to scoop out when cold. Delicious!.

This recipe is awesome! It tastes Exactly like the one at her Venice shop. I did however make a slight adjustment. I had to use only 4 cups of milk(5 seemed too much for the amount of bread and therefore I reduced the eggs to 4. *One other note* Recipe does not indicate as it was on the t.v. show- After removing bread pudding from oven let it cool. Then break it up with your hands or fork as she did on t.v. (she called it aerating Then refrigerate overnight. Scoop to serve. This is a wonderful dessert. Try it you won't be sorry.
