    Interesting way to stretch a bottle of champagne, but definitely way too sweet for my taste. Next time would only add part of the simple syrup. Guests all that it was fun to try however.

    I've served this at three separate parties and it has gone over very well. The only adjustment I make is to only use 1.5 cups of the simple syrup, not 2. I think it's too sweet with 2 cups. Enjoy!

    If I were to go to a polo match I wouldn't be allowed to bring the champagne. This is as stupid recipe. Mix chanpagne with juice. I really need a recipe for that
