Chayote Squash Over Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 Chayote squash
  • 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked pasta
  • Curtis's Pepper Seasoning to taste
Directions
  • Peel Chayote, slice in two and remove seed. Slice into strips. Saute in 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil, with garlic and onion. Serve over pasta.
