    I made this for my family as a quick and easy dish. None of us like peas so I blanched some asparagus and put it in at the end of the dish. My husband thought the cheese tortellini was a little rich, so he suggested next time we should use chicken filled tortellini. Really delicious though!!!

    "amazing" delicious a total hit with my family soon easy to make, fresh! I didn't have prosciutto, so I used bacon and ended up very good! This recipe is great ;

    Delicious! My husband and I substituted the cheese tortellini with meat tortellini. Quick and easy, yet tastes sophisticated.

    Easy and awesome. I added shallots and mushrooms...yum. I also used linguini instead of tortellini to lighten it up and it worked just as well.

    I made this recipe with my boyfriend as a surprise for his parents and it was a hit! However, to make it more affordable we used bacon instead of prosciutto (which we cooked before the recipe says to do. The only critique I have for the recipe is that the portion size is quite large. I doubled the recipe and it made way to much tortellini. This was an amazing dish, VERY easy, quick and simply delicious.

    My husband and i really enjoyed this recipe as well. I added 1 shallot and about 5 or 6 baby portobella mushrooms, which i think really added to it. I would also recommend adding some chopped parsley to the top before serving as well.

    My husband ALSO doesn't like peas, but he liked this! I will make this again. Probably not the healthiest thing I've ever cooked, but ok for an indulgence every once in a while. :-

    My friend made this for me over 20 yrs ago and we fell in love with this dish... I also made the version in FN magazine and think the addition of the tomato paste takes it over the TOP! Even my son who doesn't normally eat pea's ate this and ask for more!!!!

    I made the version of this recipe from FN magazine. It was slightly different, but VERY yummy. I was a little unsure of how my husband would like it because he is a meat and potatoes man. He doesn't even like pasta much. He watched me suspiciously while I made the dish and was very unsure of the whole thing. He not only ate what was on his plate, he also ate the extra I put aside for leftovers. HE LOVED IT!! I have been instructed to make this again - SOON! It was a little salty, but not overpowering. He added some cayenne to his dish to jazz it up some more. I liked it just the way the recipe was. Very easy and filling.
