this was so good! i am not the best cook, but i was able to pull this off. I used pork instead of turkey, because thats what I had on hand, and mixed veggies with cheese instead of just the cauliflower, and it turned out wonderful! Will try more hungry girl recipes!

Didnt love this one HG! I didn't cook for the full time, so that maybe it wouldn't be mushy, but it still was. Husband hated this, I ate it because I don't like to waste food. The noodles stuck to pot and burned a little bit, and I sprayed pot first. My mom made this recipe on the stove. She cooked noodles, sauteed meat, heated up veggies, and then mixed everything together. It was a whole new dish, it tasted good! So my advice is skipping the crockery pot on this one.

After reading all of the reviews, I decided to try it my own way and not even bother with the crock pot. I took shortcuts every where I could and it still ended up tasting delicious and wasn't mushy at all! I did follow the recipe ingredient wise though. I mixed the turkey, onions and ketchup in a bowl then sauteed them in a large skillet. Adding salt and pepper to the turkey is a must too! I used the steam fresh mixed veggies and tossed them in with the turkey and onions. I cooked the pasta separately and folded it in with the veggie/turkey mix and laughing cow cheese at the end. Keep it on medium heat until the cheese is completely melted in and tada...it's done. Took less than a half hour! Delicious and super quick meal if you're always on the go like I am! The fact that it's less than 200 calories a serving doesn't hurt either! Thanks HG!

This was so easy to make, and it taste just like cheeseburger macaroni, which my kids loved. Again couldn't believe it is low in calories.

I really enjoyed this recipe! I will say that it wasn't "gourmet" and it's not the prettiest meal, but I really liked the flavors. I did end up having to use a bunch of salt though at the end. I used broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots in cheese sauce. I cooked it on low for 6.5 hours, and it didn't turn out to mush like some of the reviews say. Yum in my book!

My kids loved it. The only thing I would change is that if you are using a slow cooker, set it to low not high. It burned on the edges and some of the macaroni when I set it to the high setting. Just depends on the slow cooker you have.

Do not let the bad reviews scare you away.

I browned the ground turkey in a pan with diced onions.
I cooked the pasta just shy of al dente.
I mixed everything into a casserole pan (coat with no-stick spray before hand.

Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and cauliflower is cooked through.

My husband is raving about this dish. I am disappointed that the crockpot version has gotten bad review as I love my crockpot. But the recipe is still a keeper.

The concept behind the recipe is great. Bulk it up with vegetables and keep some lean mean and a little pasta.

Yes, it all falls apart, but it's tasty. Doesn't quite remind me of the cheesy mac -- the only meal I liked in the school cafeteria -- but it's a nice alternative. The only thing I'd like to know is how to make this low carb. I don't think omitting the macaroni will quite do it.

At first, I thought it didn't smell great or look pretty, but it grows on you after a few bites.
