There Are frozen, dipped Cheese~cake bars in grocery shoppes.Just haven't Found Them! This Is the next Best way and Smaller too.Cut and try not to conform, then use a syrup that will Hold those lovely little "extras" on to "bites".Any way there is to make them Your Own and not a Blue Print of perfection works.Less trying to be as exact, better results.Am just a F.N. "foodie".Their terrific.

The idea was great. The actual result was messy and wasteful. My grandchildern were so excited but were disapointed because the cheesecake was hard to form and crumbled, We used a good quality New York Cheesecake and it did not mold to the sticks,

I was under the assumption that you could buy and frozen cheesecake, and that is not true. Only use cheesecakes that are the new york style. Otherwise, you will waste your money and end up with a goopy mess! I was not impressed with this "easy" dessert.
