This was surprisingly really good. I am sure I have had it before, but not sure when or where. I didn't use frozen broccoli, I steamed a chopped medium crown of broccoli for 2 mins. I also added a splash, probably 2-3 Tbsp, of chardonnay. It was very good family meal. Going in to permanent rotation!

My family liked this! I cringed at the unhealthiness of it so tried to make it slightly better..I used olive oil to prepare the stuffing instead of butter. It tasted great :

it was moist and the stuffing gave a good touch. I would add more veggies than chicken next time. Or even just put nothing but veggies and just have as a side with or without the stuffing but either way it was good. Quick note: next time i might just melt the velveeta and mix it with the cream of chicken and maybe a little bit of milk to tone down the velveeta saltiness and get it to spread throughout the whole casserole rather than in just some sections... I tried cutting the velveeta in small chunks but only melted in the section it was at and didn't spread out. Cut the chicken piieces as small as possible if making it with raw chicken.

Best right out of the oven. Not as great warmed over.

Absolutely no leftovers for this one! I bet it was all gone within half hour for 3 adults! I actually roasted my chicken because I had chicken breasts on the bone.... I took off the bone and cubed and since the chicken was precooked, I also blanched the broccoli and put in oven for half the time. Anyway, I'll make this again for sure!!! Thank you Kraft!!!

This recipe is quick, easy, and delicious. I have a new respect for cheese product. The only drawback is that you'll be tempted to eat the whole dish of it and ruin your diet.
