If this is the best thing you ever made, my husband and I agree that you may want to consider a career change. YUCK TO THE MAX.

After reading other reviews that it was a little bland, I decided to use hashbrowns instead of spaghetti ... turned out great! I added lots of seasoning and of course cooked it longer to fully cook the postatoes. I still would add a little more cheese on the inside and maybe add chopped onion next time .. served it in slices with sour cream. Great recipe!

I carmelized onion and yellow/orange/green bell peppers and added basil to the egge mixture prior to adding the cooked spaghetti. I spread the veggies on the first layer, then the american cheese then topped it with remainder of spaghetti mixture. I made it in a pre-heated 10 inch cast iron fry pan and baked it off in a 400 degree oven instead of frying and flipping (30 minutes or so. It was delicious! Will change up the veggies, herbs and cheeses next time for a change of taste.

Just gnawed through one slice. This was not good. The brown crust actual comes out with the texture of under cooked pasta instead of something with a cheesy crust.

This is so kid-friendly and really changes up pasta night! You can play with all sorts of cheeses and flavors but a great base recipe (but don't give up the melty cheese. Thanks Mark Murphy!

Great taste! Marc made it look easier flipping the pie but I'm sure he has done it a couple of times! Will definitely make it again and again. I used more grated cheese (almost 1/2 cup more due to some reviews. My pan was a little larger so I had to add a slice of cheese on top and had to watch it more carefully so it wouldn't burn. When he says medium heat, he meant it! Will definitely, definitely make it again. Way to go Marc.

Looked better than what it tasted. I was expecting to be really gooey and cheesy. It had no flavor at all. Wasn't impressed. Wont be making this again.

Loved it! I followed the recipe exactly except for the cheeses. I used the Swiss and Parmesan (actually had a chunk of Regianno to grate and a sharp cheddar instead of the Pecorino. It was perfect. Be sure to remove it from the pan when it's browned on both sides. I think I left mine in the pan a few minutes too long while getting ready for dinner...it probably would have been a bit creamier if I slid it onto a plate or something. It makes a great leftover and heats up well in the microwave - - 20 or 30 seconds tops.
