I thought this was a great recipe, however I reduced the yeast to 1 ½ teaspoons as I found it to yeasty tasting. The bread rose just as before so you didn’t lose anything in reducing the yeast except that yeasty taste. I did get 6 loaves, I just rolled them thinner and they looked great. Each person got a personal loaf of bread with their bowl of French onion soup. I sprinkled liberally corn meal on my baking tray and the bread came out beautifully!! No sticking. :

I am still in the process of making this dish, but like the one before me I got 4 loaves instead of six. This is a very easy recipe and I am going to let it rise just a little longer! Thank you Guy, cant wait to watch the show tomorro night!

Super easy to make. It turned out to make only 4 six inch loves not 6. Maybe I'll try letting it rise longer I only let it rise for 45 minutes. Probably best to use non stick baking sheet or lightly grease or spray pan with oil, it was hard to get the bread off the pan. Took about 13 or 14 minutes to bake. Good bread but to the best.
