Ingredients
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 scallions, white part only, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Put the avocado, scallions, lemon juice, and oil in a medium bowl, and lightly toss. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
