You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 3 cups green or red cabbage, thinly sliced or shredded
  • 2 carrots, julienne or shredded
  • 1 red pepper, julienne
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion, julienne
  • 1/2 cup mint, chiffonade
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Directions

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, mix peanut and sesame oil, lime juice, and sugar until dissolved, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cabbage mixture.
