I went looking for a way to portion the ingredients I know are used in festivals. This recipes is just like the way my mom made it and taught me to make it. Love it and I have even scaled it to a personal portion size by cuuting the recipe in a 1/4.

This recipe is just like the festival that we had in Jamaica. I am so happy that I can make it at home!
